I work in 3 stages: sketch, base color and final design.
1.Sketch: In the next few days you will receive a sketch, which can be corrected until approved.
2.Base color: When you have approved the sketch, you will receive a new revision of the drawing with the line in a clean base color. This can also be corrected until approved.
3.Final design: If the drawing no longer requires further corrections, I will make the final design of it and you will receive the artwork by Gmail in png format.In the case of emotes I only work in 2 stages:
1.Sketch with base color: After having made the payment, in the next few days you will receive a sketch, which can be corrected until approved.
2.Final design: If the drawing no longer requires further corrections, I will make the final design of it and you will receive the emotes in the measurements already mentioned by Gmail in a zip file.• DO YOU DO QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
No, since not all drawings take me the same amount of time.• CAN I RECEIVE THE DRAWING WITHOUT THE SIGNATURE?
Only the emotes don't have my signature included.
If you want to use my drawings in one of your networks I can add a less noticeable signature, but not remove it.• I DIDN'T LIKE THE DRAWING, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once the sketch is delivered, you can no longer request a refund.

• ¿UNA VEZ REALIZADO EL PAGO, QUÉ SIGUE?
Yo trabajo en 3 etapas: Boceto, Color base y Diseño final.
1.Boceto: En los próximos días tu recibirás el boceto, el cual puede ser corregido las veces necesarias hasta ser aprobado.
2.Color base: Cuando hayas aprobado el boceto, tu recibirás una nueva revisión del dibujo con el lineado limpio y el color base. Este también puede ser corregido hasta ser aprobado.
3.Diseño final: Si el dibujo ya no requiere más correcciones, yo haré el diseño final y tu lo recibirás por Gmail en formato PNG.En el caso de los emotes solo trabajo en 2 etapas:
1.Boceto con color base: En los próximos días tu recibirás el boceto, el cual puede ser corregido las veces necesarias hasta ser aprobado.
2.Diseño final: Si el dibujo ya no requiere más correcciones, yo haré el diseño final y tu lo recibirás los emotes, en las medidas ya mencionadas, por Gmail en un archivo ZIP.• ¿HACES DESCUENTO POR CANTIDAD?
No, ya que no todos los dibujos me llevan la misma cantidad de tiempo.• ¿PUEDO RECIBIR EL DIBUJO SIN FIRMA?
Solo los emotes no llevan mi firma incluida.
Si quieres usar mis dibujos en una de tus redes sociales puedo agregar una firma menos notable, pero no removerla.• NO ME GUSTÓ EL DIBUJO, ¿PUEDO PEDIR EL REEMBOLSO?
Una vez entregado el boceto ya no puedes pedir reembolso.
Haré las correcciones necesarias para que el trabajo sea de tu agrado.• ¿DÓNDE PUEDO ENVIARTE PROPINA?

TERMS OF SERVICE (eng. ver)

GENERAL INFORMATION
• Work days: Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 9 am to 12 pm - 6 pm to 10 pm.
• I request full payment before I start working on your order.
• I will not deliver sketches or any type of advance until I receive full payment.
• This service is digital, so you will receive your illustration via gmail in PNG format.
• If your commission will be private let me know.
• I reserve the right to reject your order if it shares hateful ideologies, is harmful, seeks to imitate another artist's style, etc.
• I keep the right to modify/resell any sketch rejected as an offer.
• NSFW drawings has an extra cost of 75% of the total.
• The price may vary depending the complexity.
• Will do: OC, FC, Furry, Sonic FC/OC, Fan art, NSFW.
• Won’t do: Mecha, armour, realism, backgrounds, hate art, guns.
• By purchasing any of my services you’re automatically accepting my Terms of Service.PAYMENT
• Payment method: Paypal invoice.
• Tips will only be accepted from Ko-fi.
• Prices in USD.
• If you are from Argentina, I accept payments with Ualá at the current price of the Blue Dollar.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
• Once I receive full payment I will begin working on your commission.
• You can send me the references of your character(s) through any of my networks, you can include clothing references.
• I don't work with written descriptions or vague references, if you're looking for a character design I can do it for $60 (Includes front view, back view and color palette).
• Work in 3 stages: sketch, base color and final design.
During the sketch and base color stage you can ask me for any corrections you consider necessary until you approve the artwork.
• Once the illustration is finished you will receive the file in png format via gmail.
• Approximate file size: 2000px (72 dpi).
• The editable file has a cost of $50.
• My TAT can be altered by the number of orders.
• TAT: 7 days - 1 month.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• My illustrations are for personal use, you can use them in your networks as long as my signature is visible or you mention me as the author in any description.
• In case you want to make merchandise with my illustrations, you must pay an extra $50 for Commercial License.
• I, ZEMARI.PNG (the artist) have the right to use my designs to:
1. Promote my work on any platform (X, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
2. Publish it on my social media whenever I want.
• The buyer is allowed to:
1. Give personal use to the illustration/design on the social network you want. Such as: profile photo, banners, covers, as long as you do not directly profit from my art.
2. Print the illustration and claim the character(s).
• You're not allowed to:
1. Claim my artwork as yours or delete my signature.
2. Sell merchandise with my artwork without having paid the Commercial License.REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY
• Once I have started the order, the buyer is no longer allowed to request a refund.
• If you want to cancel your order before I start it, you can have your full refund.
• If you want to cancel your order, whatever the reason, and it is already in the sketch, base color or final product stage, you will lose all rights to it and I, the artist, can resell or modify it.
• In case the buyer requests a refund o chargeback when their order has already been approved and delivered, they will lose all rights to the artwork and I, the artist, can resell or modify it.

• No enviaré bocetos o algún tipo de avance hasta recibir el pago completo.

• Me reservo el derecho a rechazar tu pedido si comparte ideologías de odio, es dañino, busca imitar el estilo de otro artista, etc.
• Me reservo el derecho de modificar/vender cualquier boceto rechazado.
• Las ilustraciones NSFW tienen un costo extra del 75% del total.
• Puedo hacer: OC, FC, Furry, Sonic FC/OC, Fan art, nsfw.
• No puedo hacer: Mecha, armaduras, realismo, fondos, arte de odio, armas de fuego
• El precio puede variar según la complejidad.
• Al comprar cualquiera de mis servicios, aceptas automáticamente mis Términos de servicio.PAGO

• Las propinas solo serán aceptadas por Ko-fi..

• No trabajo con descripciones escritas o referencias vagas, si estás buscando un diseño de personaje puedo hacerlo por $60 USD (Incluye vista delantera, vista trasera y paleta de color).
• Trabajo en 3 etapas: boceto, color base y diseño final.
Durante las etapas de boceto y color base puedes consultarme por cualquier corrección que consideres necesaria.
• Una vez la ilustración esté terminada recibirás el archivo en formato PNG vía gmail.
• Medida aproximada del archivo: 2000px (72 dpi).
• El editable tiene un costo de $50 USD.
• Mi tiempo de espera se puede ver alterado por la cantidad de pedidos.
• Tiempo de espera: 7 días - 1 mes.COPYRIGHT / POLÍTICA DE USO
• Mis ilustraciones son de uso personal, puedes usarlas en tus redes mientras mi firma sea visible o me menciones como la autora en alguna descripción.

• El comprador tiene permitido:
1. Darle un uso personal a la ilustración/diseño en la red social que desee (foto de perfil, banners, siempre y cuando no lucres directamente con la ilustración).
2. Imprimir la ilustración y reclamar el personaje(s) como tuyo.
• No tienes permitido:
1. Reclamar mi trabajo como tuyo o borrar mi firma.
2. Vender mercancía con mi trabajo sin haber pagado la Licencia Comercial.REEMBOLSO / POLíTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
• Una vez yo haya comenzado el pedido, el comprador ya no tiene permitido pedir un reembolso.
• Si deseas cancelar tu pedido antes de que comience a trabajar en el, puedes pedir tu reembolso completo.
• Si deseas cancelar tu pedido, cualquiera sea el motivo, y ya está en etapa de boceto, color base o producto final, perderás todos los derechos sobre el trabajo y yo, la artista, puedo revenderlo o modificarlo.
• En caso de que el comprador solicite una devolución cuando su pedido ya fue aprobado y entregado, perderá todos los derechos sobre arte y yo, la artista, puedo revenderlo o modificarlo.
